Booking and Cancellation Policy

How to reserve your date:

1. A deposit of $250 is required to reserve the date of your choosing via Venmo, Zelle, or Credit Card.

    - This reserves the date for you and your group and I take the availability off my calendar.

2. For deposit via credit card a 3.5% service fee is applied. Credit Card information is security taken in the payment Software "Square" and all security and compliance standards are met to protect your information.

3. The remaining balance of the trip can be paid in Cash, Venmo, Zelle, or credit card upon the completion of the trip. Cash is always preferred.

Cancellation Policy:

• If trip is cancelled within 7 days of the reserved date, and I CANNOT replace the trip with another group, half the base rate of the trip will be charged.
• If the trip is cancelled within 48 hours of the reserved date, and I CANNOT replace the trip with another group, the full base rate of the trip will be charged. Lewisville base rate = $450, Texoma base rate = $500

• I will always do my best to find another group to take the trip and move your trip to another date as my goal is to have you on a future trip and earn your business as a repeat customer!
• Any weather events that will cause us to move the date will be at the captains discretion, as safety is our number 1 priority.
