Booking Your Trip

How to Reserve Your Date

A deposit is required to lock in your trip date and remove availability from the calendar.

A deposit of $250 is required to reserve your date via Venmo, Zelle, or credit card

This deposit secures your date and removes it from availability for other groups

For credit card payments, a 3.5% service fee will be applied

Credit card information is securely processed through Square, meeting all security and compliance standards

The remaining balance is due on completion of the trip

Final payment can be made via cash, Venmo, Zelle, or credit card

Cancellation Policy

Please Review Carefully Before Booking

A deposit is required to lock in your trip date and remove availability from the calendar.

If a trip is cancelled within 7 days of the reserved date, and the trip cannot be replaced with another group, half of the base rate will be charged

If a trip is cancelled within 48 hours of the reserved date, and the trip cannot be replaced with another group, the full base rate will be charged
